A Player Does Not Think

A player does not think.
A player has no time to think,
As the creature within possesses
The body and the mind. There is
No time to bask in the glory.
No time to mope from mistakes.
No time to plan the next move.
Only time to do at that instant.
A player lets the beast inside
Take control and defeat
The opposition of the player.
Whether that beast is
The swift jaguar, the soaring eagle,
The noble lion, or the mighty bear,
A player resorts to primal instincts
To rise above the competition.
